What Not To Do

If you are trying to be healthy there are three amin important things that you should not do because they're seriously harmful to your body and you may think you're fine but inside you're not and when you get older you could have seriuos problems. These are the three main important things you shouldn't do:
  • Smoke 
  • Drink (Alcohol)
  • Drugs - These will mess you up BIG TIME so try to avoid them.

Effects Of Smoking
Smoking can cause lung cancer and did you know lung caner is one of the most fatal cancers WORLWIDE!!!   Before it was predominantley in males but the number of females who get lung cancer is increasing rapidly - faster than you can say supercalifragilisticexpialidocious =O

the one on the rigth is a healthy lung. Which one do you want?  
Effects Of Drinking (Alcohol)
Drinking alcohol is also not good becasue i can make you do things you don't mean and make you say things you don't mean. Alcohol causes diseases and cancers such as liver diease

 
The lower liver is the liver of a heavy drinker
and obviously the one on top is the liver of a
very healthy person.


Effects Of Drugs 
Drugs are derinately a no no and a list of the top 10 drugs have been provided for you:
  1. Heroin
  2. Cocaine
  3. Methamphetamine
  4. Crack Cocaine
  5. Lysergic acid diethylamide (LSD)
  6. Ecstasy
  7. Opium
  8. Marijuana
  9. Psilocybin Mushrooms
  10. Phencyclidine (PCP)
Smoking cannabis can lead to cannabis psychosis, causing you to lose touch with reality

How To Be healthy

Being healthy and and keeping fit are two different things fitness is about what you do, however, being healthy is about what you eat but contains a bit of fitness like exercise. There are many ways to be healthy: what you eat, using exercise machines the list goes on forever, leave those machine contraptions and do it the old fashioned way =P. Here are some tips to  help you be healthy:
  • Excises
  • Have a balanced diet
  • Eat your 5 a day
  • Drink plenty of water
5-a-Day Is Here To Stay
For those of you who don't know about 5-a-day it is a project that encourages people to eat at least 5 different fruit or vegetables DAILY!!!!! Now I can't go listing all of the fruits and vegetables because there are just too many but there must be at least 5 fruits and vegetables that you like out of the hundreds.

How To Keep Fit

Hey guys I'm back with tips on how to get fit and how to maintain your fitness.
Keeping fit is simple and could be fun. To become fit you have to exercise on a regular basis - I bet your thinking 'excercsie now i have to run :'(' - but  exercise is not just about sprinting or jogging, here is a list of sports you can do to be fit:
  • Football
  • Rugby
  • Boxing
  • Swimming
  • Ice Hockey
  • Wrestling
  • Basketball
  • play wii or kinect or PS move ( IF YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT THESE ARE ...WHERE HAVE YOU BEEEEEN.)      AND MANY MORE















After you become fit that's not the end -sadly enough- you have to maintain your fitness. To maintain your fitness you could:
  • If you are doing a sport continue with that sport i.e. basketball, football, swimming etc
  • or if not then you could go for short runs around near where you live (going for runs could really boost your speed as well) - You could very well be the next Usain Bolt ;)

About Being Healthy

Being healthy is all about what you eat, how you eat, the amount of exercise you do and to have a balanced diet. When people say you have to be healthy they automatically think that skinny people are healthy when in reality most most skinny people are not  healthy it could be malnutrition that's the cause of their skinniness.
To adapt a healthy life - style is not a dramatic change in your life but if you eat junk food everyday then its time to cut down!!
